Summer Sizzler Oklahoma City
Summer Sizzler takes place on August 22, 2026 at Stars & Stripes Park, 3701 S Lake Hefner Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. The event offers several race formats held on the same day plus a virtual option. Registration opened December 1, 2024 and deadlines vary by event. Team refunds apply when teams reach size thresholds.
Distances and youth option
- 50 m Kids Dash for ages 10 and under

- 6.2 Miles 10K
- 9.3 Miles 15K
- Virtual entry and Volunteer and Run option
Fees and special policies include listed registration fees for each event and youth pricing for the 5K and 10K at $17 for ages 12 and under. Team refunds provide a $5 refund per team member once four people register and an additional $5 per member once ten people register, for a total possible refund of $10 per member.
Included race services and items are chip timing with live results and awards for timed events, free photos, designer shirts, custom bibs and finisher medals for specified distances, Kona Ice and treats at the finish. The Kids Dash registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt and a kid specific medal; children may run the Kids Dash without swag for no fee. Volunteer and Run participants are asked to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup to assist and may run any distance afterward. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
