The in-person route follows the Hamilton waterfront trail and includes views of Lake Ontario. Strollers are permitted with a request that stroller participants start at the back of the corral. Dogs are not permitted.
Registration includes different pricing tiers for in-person and virtual entries. Virtual entries for the 5 km and 8 km are listed at CA$52.39. In-person 5 km and 8 km entries show tiered pricing around CA$68.73 and CA$74.18 depending on registration period. The 1 km requires a small registration fee plus a CA$25 donation and includes a finisher medal. A CA$10 age discount applies to youths 16 and under and seniors 65 and over.
Race kits and bibs must be picked up before lining up. Kit pickup options include the Stoney Creek Running Room store on September 6 from 12:00 to 16:00 and an on-site pickup at Hutches on the Lake on race day.
