Summer Nuts Challenge

The Summer Nuts Challenge is a renowned obstacle mud run held near London in Dorking, Surrey, at Henfold Lakes. Participants can choose from 7km or 14km distances, running one or two laps on a permanent assault course featuring over 100 natural and man-made obstacles.
