Summer Nuts Challenge
The Summer Nuts Challenge is a mud and obstacle assault course held near Dorking in Surrey, close to London. The event uses a permanent outdoor course that is maintained year round and updated with new layouts and obstacles each year.
The course includes more than one hundred natural and man made obstacles and features mud, water, walls, cargo nets and tunnels. Distance options offered at events include:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- Multiple laps
Entries are available for solo runners, teams, charities and corporate groups. The event listing for 2026 shows Summer Nuts on 29 August. Participants are provided event items such as a race vest or a T shirt and access to a free key drop on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
