Event Overview
The Summer Nuts Challenge is an obstacle course mud race held in Dorking, Surrey, near London. The event takes place on a permanent, professionally maintained military-style assault course that utilizes the natural terrain of the Surrey countryside. Participants navigate a route that includes over 100 natural and man-made challenges designed to test endurance and physical strength.
The course features a variety of obstacles, such as mud trenches, water crossings, climbing walls, cargo nets, tunnels, and crawling sections. Because the course is a permanent installation, it is managed year-round, with updates to the layout and obstacles occurs annually.
Course Options
Participants can choose from different distances and intensity levels. The event is open to individuals, teams, and those running for charity. The following distance options are available:

- 7 km Assault Course
- 10 km
- Multiple laps
The event provides participants with a race vest or T-shirt and includes a complimentary key drop service. Registration is open to various fitness levels, ranging from first-time mud runners to experienced obstacle course athletes.
