Summer Evening 10k
The Summer Evening 10k is the 32nd edition of a chip timed road and off road race held in and around Reigate Priory Park on 1 July 2026. The event uses an undulating and multi terrain course that includes country lanes, with the start and finish located in Priory Park. The course is licensed by England Athletics, licence number 31048, and is held under UK Athletics Rules for Competition. Minimum age to compete is 15. The route is unsuitable for wheelchair athletes because of its undulating nature.
Race administration includes collection of race numbers and timing chips either in advance at an RPAC session (for early entrants) or from an outdoor Race HQ located near the tennis courts and skate park on race day. Water is provided in cups at an on course drinks station at about 5k and at the finish. Portable toilets will be sited close to the start and finish. A bag drop is available near the start; items are left at the owner’s risk.
Entry fees vary by entry method and licence status, with different prices for entries before the event and on the day. Every finisher receives a commemorative memento and finishing times can be texted to participants who provide a mobile number when entering. Event photography will be taken and made available for download; images may be used in future event promotions. Prize awards include individual and age category placings and team prizes, with awards based on gun times. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
