The Sugarloaf Marathon and 15K takes place on Sunday, May 17, 2026. The event includes the following distances:

Race headquarters is at Sugarloaf Resort, 5092 Access Road, Carrabassett Valley, ME 04947. The 15K starts at Ayotte's Country Store, 1215 Carrabassett Drive, Carrabassett Valley, ME 04947. The marathon start is at Cathedral Pines Campground, 945 Arnold Trl, Eustis, ME 04936. The marathon has a cut-off time of 6 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and logistics
Registration is open and will close on April 5, 2026. No refunds or deferrals are permitted. Race adjustments, including transferring an entry to another person or updating personal information, can be made through the RunSignup profile through the April 5 deadline; no adjustments are allowed after that date. Bib pick-up will be available in the Maple Room on Saturday, May 16 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and at the start locations on race morning (participants are asked to pick up bibs 30 minutes prior to the start). Pasta dinner meal tickets not pre-purchased will be available at the door. Questions may be directed to the race director through the event contact channels.
