Strundelauf in Bergisch-Gladbach

The Strundelauf in Bergisch-Gladbach is a 5-km running competition that takes place as part of the Strundetal Festival. Organized by TV Refrath, the race offers a fast, DLV-measured course that is eligible for record listings. The race starts and ends at the historic Alte Dombach paper mill and runs through the picturesque Strundetal.

Anyone who can complete the course in under 35 minutes is eligible to participate. Registrations are open until shortly before the race. After the race, the Strundetal Festival begins with numerous activities for the whole family.
