Strong Mind 5K
The Strong Mind 5K is a community run and walk hosted by the National Association for Athletes' Mental Health. Individual registrations include official race entry, a bib and safety pins, an official race t-shirt, a professionally marked and supported course, on-course hydration stations, post-race refreshments, a finisher medal, and access to a post-race wellness village with sponsors and mental health resources. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
Team registration is open to legitimate sports organizations and programs, including youth teams, school and collegiate teams, clubs, and professional teams. Team package pricing is listed as 5 athletes for $175, 10 athletes for $300, 15 athletes for $425, and 20 athletes for $500. After purchase, a representative from the organizer completes participant registration, waivers, and required forms. Teams may optionally fundraise; teams that raise $500 or more by May 25, 2026 receive custom fundraising medals and special recognition, and top fundraising teams receive awards.
