Strive Run Thrive 5K - Hackensack
This is an evening community 5K run organized in partnership with 7th Street Burger at 370 West Pleasantview Avenue in Hackensack, NJ. The event is in person and offers free parking.
The activity includes a group warm up, an all-paces-welcome 5K route that returns to 7th Street Burger, and a post-run community hangout with music, photo and video opportunities, and socializing with local runners. Registered participants who complete the run will receive one free 7th Street Burger while supplies last.
Participants are asked to check in before the run. The event description notes common outdoor running risks such as traffic, uneven terrain, and weather, and states that participation is at each person’s own risk. People with medical concerns or pregnancy are advised to consult a physician before taking part.
