Event Details

The Strides of March 26 takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, in Heflin, Alabama. The event is located at the Heflin Recreation Center at 1228 Coleman Street.

Events

There are two main events:

Strides of March 5k: A 5 km run or walk.
Strides of March Color Fun Run: A color run.

A special Student rate for Cleburne County Schools is available for the 5k for participants aged 4 to 18. The run is part of a St. Patrick's Day celebration. A St. Pawtrick's Day parade follows at 11:00 AM at Ross Park.

Registration

Registration is available online. Fees are discounted until February 28, 2026, and increase after that date. Registrations completed before February 28th are guaranteed a race t-shirt.
