Stride for a Cure 5K Walk/Run
Stride for a Cure is the third annual 5K Walk/Run for breast cancer awareness held in Little Rock on October 3, 2026. The event takes place at 521 President Clinton Avenue and brings participants together to honor survivors, support those currently affected, and raise funds for cancer education and screening.
Net proceeds benefit the Arkansas Cancer Coalition. The event has recorded fundraising progress and a participant list; sponsors include local businesses and organizations such as A Kick Above, CARTI, Baptist Health, Arvest Bank, Walmart, and others.
Two registration options are offered: a 5K Fun Run/Walk without chip timing and a 5K Competitive Run with chip timing. Displayed registration pricing lists $35 plus processing fee for these options. Race premiums and awards include an official race day shirt for registrations by September 3, overall trophies for first place male and female, a finisher medal distributed at the finish line, and post race snacks, refreshments, and entertainment. Medals must be picked up at the finish line on race day and will not be mailed.
