Stride for a Cure
Stride for a Cure is the 3rd annual community 5K event in Little Rock focused on breast cancer awareness, prevention, and early detection. The event is scheduled for October 3, 2026, at 521 President Clinton Avenue, Little Rock, AR. Net proceeds benefit the Arkansas Cancer Coalition to support cancer education, prevention, and screening initiatives across the state.
The event offers both timed and untimed 5K formats and includes participant awards and post-race provisions. Participants registered by September 3rd will receive an official race day shirt. Overall trophies are planned for first place male and first place female in the competitive division, and all finishers receive a finisher medal at the finish line. Post-race refreshments and light entertainment are provided. Medals and awards must be picked up at the finish line on race day; items will not be mailed.
Packet pickup is available Thursday, October 1 and Friday, October 2 at A Kick Above - Personal Training Studio, 12400 Cantrell Road #3, Little Rock, AR 72223. Race day packet pickup is available for those unable to collect packets earlier. Registration pricing listed for both 5K options shows $35 plus processing fee.
