Strawberry Short-K 5K Fun Run/Walk - Olympia
The Strawberry Short-K 5K Fun Run/Walk is scheduled for June 13, 2026, at Dickey's Remodel & Repair in Olympia, located at 3503 South Bay Rd NE, Olympia, WA 98506. The event is part of the 90th annual Strawberry Festival at the South Bay Grange and recalls the area's history when strawberry fields surrounded the Grange.
The route begins at Dickey's Remodel & Repair and is presented as a 5K run/walk. Awards for first, second, and third place in each category include a complimentary strawberry shortcake. All participants receive fresh berries at the finish and a one dollar coupon to use at the Strawberry Festival. Additional gift card prizes are awarded to randomly selected finishers.
The Strawberry Festival follows the run with food, vendors, activities, and performance presentations; entry to the festival is free. Parking is available at surrounding businesses. Registration categories and listed fees include General at $25, Youth at $15, and 50 plus at $25. Proceeds from the event benefit the South Bay Grange.
