Strawberry Fields Forever

Strawberry Fields Forever is a multi-distance loop race hosted at the North Bonneville Ball Fields on Strawberry Island in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. The recreation area is managed by the Corps of Engineers. The course is a 10 km loop that runs through field, forest and along the Columbia River on dirt and graveled trail, with roughly 200 feet of elevation gain and 200 feet of elevation loss.

The loop starts and finishes at the ball fields where participants are counted by a chip mat and can access aid. There is a single aid station reachable every 6.2 miles offering items such as peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches, water, electrolyte drinks, sports bars and pizza. Food and drink will be available throughout the event window. Participants may set up a tent at the park for gear changes or rest. The course passes three restrooms and a short detour provides access to a fourth.

• 100K
• 50K
• 10K

Awards are available for each distance within a 30 hour limit; the 100 mile event is 16 loops. Medals are issued only for the distance entered. Entrants may change their chosen distance up to the Friday before the event. Registration fees are listed per distance and registration closes on the stated date.
