Stratford Triathlon in Stratford upon Avon, Sunday 18 April 2027

The Stratford Triathlon is a pool based triathlon held at Stratford Leisure Centre in Stratford upon Avon. The event uses a heated indoor 33 metre pool for the swim, a one‑lap 18 km cycle through the Warwickshire countryside, and a flat towpath run alongside the River Avon.

The event offers multiple race formats with electronic chip timing and an official finisher medal for all entrants. Distinct course formats use set numbers of pool lengths and laps: competitors must count their own pool lengths and bike and run laps. Wearing a cycle helmet on the bike section is compulsory.

The race setup is spectator friendly: the main transition area and finish line are at the rear of the leisure centre. Relay teams can include two or three people with each team member completing one or two disciplines and passing the electronic chip in transition. Prize presentations occur after all participants in a field have finished.

A CRUK Wave is available as a non competitive option; UK Triathlon will donate £10 from every CRUK Wave entry to Cancer Research UK. Competitor race day information and race numbers are emailed to entrants about 7 to 10 days before the event, and race packs are collected at registration on the day.
