Events and Distances

Participants can choose from four event formats:

  • Sprint Triathlon: a 600 m swim, a 12 mile bike, and a 5K run.
  • Sprint Triathlon Team Relay.
  • Duathlon: a 1 mile run, a 12 mile bike, and a 5K run.
