Stop The Trafficking 5K Walk/Run
Stop The Trafficking is holding its 13th annual 5K walk and run in Eden Prairie, Minnesota on Saturday, June 13, 2026. The event offers both an in-person race at Purgatory Creek Park and a multi-day virtual option in mid June. The virtual option asks participants to complete 3.1 miles locally and submit a time for separate virtual rankings.
All proceeds will be designated to organizations that work with sexually exploited youth and women. A pre-race speaking program near the park pavilion will include law enforcement and advocacy representatives and display tables from beneficiary organizations.
Logistics for the live event include packet pick-up at Grace Church Eden Prairie and at Purgatory Creek Park on dates before and the day of the event. Race packets include a t-shirt and race bib; shipping of packets is available for a fee of $6.50 if arranged by June 5. Runners may request chip timing on their registration form; top finishers in three age categories will be recognized with medals after the race. Post-race provisions include bottled water and packaged snacks. Volunteer roles cover set-up, packet distribution, food service, clean-up, and other event tasks; volunteers receive a 50 percent discount code to participate.
