Stonewood Vol. Fire Dept. 5 Alarm 5k
The Stonewood Vol. Fire Dept. 5 Alarm 5k is an annual community event held in Stonewood, West Virginia. Now in its fourth year, the event serves as a fundraiser for the Stonewood Volunteer Fire Department. The proceeds from the race are used to purchase and maintain safety equipment for the local community.

- 5k running or walking race
- Virtual 5k with remote result submission
The physical race takes place at the fire department located at 8081 Plainwood Ave. Participants in the standard 5k may choose to either run or walk the course. For those who cannot attend in person, a virtual option allows runners to complete the distance independently and submit their results online.
Registration for the live event is open until late July, with an entry fee that includes the opportunity to receive a memento. The first 100 individuals who enter the race will receive an event-themed challenge coin.
