Stone Harbor Triathlon
The Stone Harbor Triathlon is scheduled for July 12, 2026 in Stone Harbor, New Jersey at 9001 Sunset Dr. The race format combines open water swimming, road cycling, and a final run on measured distances.
The event distances are:
- 1/4 mile swim
- 11 mile bike
- 5K run
Registration opens May 21, 2026 and closes June 2, 2026. The entry fee is $165 and includes event insurance and a race day movie. Instructions on how to obtain the movie will be sent by email after the race. All sales are final; entry fees are not refundable, transferable, or creditable.
Race packets may be picked up and an optional bike inspection attended on Saturday July 12 at the Stone Harbor Fire House from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Results will be posted online within 24 hours after the race.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and top three male and female in age group divisions from 14 and under through 70 plus. Additional awards include top male and female in Fire Rescue Police, Lifeguards, and Clydesdale Athena categories, as well as top swim bike run splits. A $250 cash prize is offered for breaking the course record Male 48:21 Female 58:03. Parking on adjacent streets is limited; additional parking is available at the Municipal Pier Marina on 81st and the bay. Lodging options are listed locally.
