Stomping out Elder Abuse One Step At A Time
The event is the inaugural 5K run/walk titled "Stomping out Elder Abuse One Step At A Time." It will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Manly Bennet Park in Hamburg, located at 10405 Merrill Rd, Whitmore Lake, MI 48189. The event is organized by Livingston County Catholic Charities. Proceeds and donations will support Elder Abuse Prevention programs through Livingston County Catholic Charities. The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.
Registration and race services
Registration opens December 1, 2025. Pricing is tiered: early registration is $30 through May 31, $35 from June 1 to June 13, and $40 on race day. Participants will receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal; shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by May 31 and available as supplies last after that date.
