Stomp into Fitness 5K & 1K Dino Dash

This event offers two distances: a 5K and a 1K Dino Dash. It takes place at West Guth, 9700 Up River Road, in Corpus Christi, Texas on April 25, 2026.

The 5K has age group awards for many categories. All participants in the 1K receive a finisher medal. Packet pickup and late registration are available on Friday, April 24 at Fleet Feet Sports (1412 Airline Road). It is also available on race morning.

Online registration closes on Wednesday, April 22. Registrations completed by April 4 are guaranteed a race shirt. Entry fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.

All proceeds from the event benefit The Kids Get Fit, a nonprofit organization. The charity provides free fitness and nutrition classes to children and families in South Texas to help fight childhood obesity and diabetes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
