Event overview
The Stirling University x Team Alexis Rose Aquathon is a multisport event at the University of Stirling on 05 Apr 2026. The event is held in partnership with Team Alexis Rose to raise awareness and funds for Meningitis Now. Chip timing and live results will be provided by What's My Time Ltd. Every competitor receives a goody bag and a finisher memento.
Race format and prizes
The race uses a RUN-SWIM-RUN format with mixed terrain runs around Airthrey Loch and a pool swim in the University of Stirling 50m pool, which is home to the National Triathlon Centre and National Swimming Academy.
Distances:
- 3.5 km run (first)
- 600 m pool swim
- 2.5 km run (finish)
Prizes for male and female categories are: 1st £50, 2nd £30, 3rd £20.
Entry, fees and facilities
General entry fee is £20 until 01 Apr 2026. A student entry rate is £17 until 01 Apr 2026 and a 15% student discount is offered. A service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies to sign-ups. Non-Home Nation British Triathlon participants require a Race Pass: £2.00 (+ £0.08 service charge) for ages 24 and under, and £8.00 (+ £0.32 service charge) otherwise.
