The Stick Season Trail Run and Series
The Stick Season Trail Run and Series is a multi-date trail event held at Rockwoods Reservation near Glencoe, Missouri, from December 19, 2026 to February 13, 2027. The series includes multiple distinct race options across three dates and uses a mixture of trail and road terrain.
Distances and events include:
- 10K : The 10K F.K.T. (Dec 19)
- 4 miles : The 4 Mile G.O.A.T. (Dec 19)
- More than a half marathon : The MOAR than a Half Marathon GNARLYBEAST (Jan 9)
- More than 5 miles : The MOAR than 5 Miles Speedy Meanie (Jan 9)
- 8K : The FROZEN STICK 8K Valentines Eve Massacre (Feb 13)
- Half marathon : The FROZEN STICK Finalie and Half Marathon (Feb 13)
Course terrain ranges from smooth asphalt road sections to steep single track with significant elevation. A shoe transition area is provided at racers village for footwear changes. Participants receive finisher medals and event shirts, and individual race participants receive a Rockinator Racing neck buff. Races are chip timed, use numbered bibs, and feature a fully marked course, on course drinks and snacks, and instant results. Free course tracking is available through the Race Joy app. Series points accumulate across events with awards for top solo finishers and teams at the finale.
