Steps to Safety 5K
The Steps to Safety 5K is the third annual 5K fun run and walk held on October 3, 2026 at 120 E. Chestnut St., Wauseon, Ohio. The event is organized by The Center for Child and Family Advocacy, Inc. in collaboration with the Fulton County Domestic Violence Task Force.
The event focuses on raising awareness and supporting efforts to prevent domestic violence and to support survivors. It is described as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and is presented as a noncompetitive run and walk.
Registration is available from March 1, 2026 through October 3, 2026. The registration fee is $25. Participants who register by September 18 will receive a T shirt.
The event welcomes individuals and families of all ages and fitness levels to participate as runners, walkers, or spectators.
