Stepping Stone 5K
The Stepping Stone 5K is a community benefit run on June 13, 2026, at Clement Park, 7306 W. Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO. The event is presented by Stepping Stone Support Center and Trailhead Community to benefit adults with developmental disabilities.
The course uses the bike path around Johnston Reservoir and begins and ends near Shelter P. The main 5K consists of two laps; the Shortcut ends after one lap. The 5K is professionally chip timed. The 2.5K Shortcut is an untimed option. A Virtual 5K option is offered; organizers will mail shirts to virtual participants.

Registration fees vary by date and category. Adult in-person registration is $30 through April 30 and $35 from May 1 through June 12. Youth (ages 5-12) registration is $20. Children age 4 and under are free and do not receive a shirt. Virtual 5K registration is $35. An online processing fee of about $3.05 applies per registration. Race day registration is available at Clement Park Shelter Q for $45. Race packets can be picked up at Shelter P on race morning.
Awards include $100 cash for the top male and female overall and age-group awards for the top three in each category. Overall winners are excluded from age-group awards. Age categories start at 19 and under and continue by decade up to Over 80. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
