Event Overview

The Step Up for the Arc Shamrock Shuffle takes place on Sunday, March 15, 2026. The event is located at Oak Ridge Park on 136 Oak Ridge Rd. in Clark, New Jersey. The event supports The Arc of Union County, an organization that empowers and supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Course Details

The event offers two distances:

A 5K run.
A 1 Mile walk.

Both courses are held on the paved paths within Oak Ridge Park. A water station is provided on the course. There are clocks at each mile marker and at the finish line. The 5K is noted as being part of the 2026 USATF Grand Prix series.

Awards

Awards include medals and a plaque for the top overall male and female finishers. Additional medals are awarded to the top age group winners, both male and female.
