Step It Up Walk/Run
The annual Step It Up Walk/Run returns in September 2026 in Arlington Heights. The event is organized by Clearbrook and takes place at Cronin Park, 400 S Highland Ave, across from South Middle School.
Participants can choose from the following options:
- 5k timed run with a chipped bib
- 1 mile walk
- Kids dash, short distance for children
The event includes activities intended for children and older participants, described as suitable for the whole family. The timed 5k is chip timed and a short kids dash option is offered.
Parking information notes that the South Middle School parking lot should be used only by those who need handicapped parking. Additional parking is available on surrounding streets and at the garage on Highland and Sigwalt.
