The State Games Pumpkin Run takes place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Bonita Lakes - Upper Lake - Boat Ramp in Meridian, Mississippi. Registration options and fees listed are: early registration before October 15, 2025 for $20, regular registration for $25, and the Mini-Pumpkin Run entry for $10. Late or same-day entries are allowed if space is available; same-day entrants may not receive their requested t-shirt size.

The 5K is organized into male and female age divisions starting at 9 & under and continuing in standard age bands through 70+. Three places are awarded in each age division.
