Stars & Stripes 5K Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run
The event takes place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in Rangeley, Maine. It includes the following distances:

The venue is Rangeley Health and Wellness Pavilion at 25 Dallas Hill Rd, Rangeley, ME 04970. The course is paved and runs through downtown Rangeley. The start and finish are located with a view of the lake. The route is stroller friendly and leashed pets are allowed.
Event details
Registration for the events opens December 31, 2025. The 5K has an entry fee of $35; the Kids Fun Run is free. All 5K registrants will receive a Stars & Stripes T-shirt if registered before June 10, 2025. Children in the Fun Run do not receive T-shirts but will receive a festive goody bag and an ice cream cone from the Frosty or The Farmers Daughter. Awards will be presented to the first adult female and male 5K finishers, and to the first place girl and boy under 18. Proceeds support the health and wellness initiatives of Rangeley Health and Wellness, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
