Stars and Strides Minneapolis 2026

Stars and Strides Minneapolis takes place on July 4, 2026 at Lake Harriet, 4135 W Lake Harriet Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55409. The event includes on-site and virtual options and features several race distances around the lake.

The Kids Run is held near the Lake Harriet Bandshell, is 0.40 miles, includes a shirt and a finisher medal, and is not chip timed. The 10K run is run as two laps around Lake Harriet. Virtual 5K and 10K entries allow participants to run or walk anytime in July. Race kits for virtual entries begin shipping June 25 and shipping is available for US residents only.
