Stan's Donut Race
Stan's Donut Race takes place on July 18, 2026 at Stadium Green at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL. The event marks the 10th anniversary of the race and includes both in-person and virtual options. In-person races and virtual events cover a range of distances for adults and children.

The 10K and 5K in-person races are officially timed using a disposable B-Tag system attached to the bib. All in-person finishers receive a finisher medal. 5K and 10K participants receive a dri-fit race shirt, donut-shaped finisher medal, a race bib, a Stan's Donut at the finish line, and there are two on-course donut stations. Kids Dash participants receive a youth shirt, medal, and a Stan's Donut.
Pre-race packet pick-up is available at Fleet Feet on July 16 and July 17. Race day packet pick-up is available at Soldier Field for an additional fee. Packet shipping is offered for $15.95 to U.S. addresses in the contiguous United States; packets ship about 1-2 weeks before the event and packet mailing closes three weeks before the race.
Parking is available at the Waldron Parking Deck for $25. Soldier Field is accessible on CTA Red, Green, and Orange Lines at Roosevelt Station and via local bus routes. Strollers are permitted starting from the back of wave packs; animals are not allowed. The race has a strict no-refund policy. The official 2026 charity is Cal's Angels, a pediatric cancer foundation. Awards include top three male and female finishers and age group awards for the 10K and 5K.
