Standalone 10k in Letchworth Garden City
The Standalone 10k is a local 10 km road race held at Standalone Farm, Wilbury Road, Letchworth Garden City SG6 4JN on 4 October 2026. The event holds a UKA licence (30401) and is run on a measured course with chip timing.
Organised by North Herts Road Runners and delivered by club volunteers, the race is a long running community event. Net proceeds support the club's activities, donations to the nominated charity GRIT Growing Resilience in Teens, and subsidised club programmes.
Race day arrangements include fully closed roads, start and finish facilities at the farm, food and drink stalls, easy access with parking, professional marshals around the course and a water station at 5 km and at the finish. There is live music and on course entertainment, and prize money is offered across multiple categories including local unattached runners. A t shirt option made from recycled materials is available and there is an option to contribute to additional tree planting as part of the event's greener initiatives.
