Event
The Standalone 10k is a community running event on 4 October 2026 at Standalone Farm, Letchworth Garden City (SG6 4JN). The event is organised by North Herts Road Runners and holds a UKA licence (#30401). The 2026 race is also hosting the Herts Vets County Championships.
Race details
- 10 km road race on a measured course with chip timing.
- Children's Fun Run - approximately 800 metres on the hard standing in front of the Farm Office.
Entry fees and extras: standard entry is £22.00; standard entry plus Standalone t-shirt is £27.50. A £2 discount applies to participants affiliated to England Athletics on production of a URN. Closing date for ordering a t-shirt is Friday 11 September 2026. The t-shirt option is made of recycled materials and there is an option to plant trees.
Facilities and race services: the course is chip timed and measured, roads are fully closed for the race, and professional marshals cover the route. Water is provided at 5 km and at the finish. Free race photos are available. Finishers in the Fun Run receive a medal. The farm offers start/finish facilities, food and drink stalls, live music on course and at the farm, and parking. Prize money is available across multiple categories. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult; buggies are permitted and should start at the rear.
