Stand Up, Speak Out Labor Day 5K - Seneca, SC
Stand Up, Speak Out Labor Day 5K takes place on 09/07/2026 at Norton Thompson Park, 226 Main Street, Seneca, SC 29678. The event is sponsored by A Call to Action Oconee, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on ending domestic violence, dating abuse, and bullying. All proceeds support awareness and education programs, free Bystander Intervention classes, and assistance to survivors.

The event includes a certified course with chip timing. The 5K is an easy to moderate out-and-back route beginning on Main Street, passing through a couple of neighborhoods, then turning right onto W South 4th and ascending a slight incline to a turnaround in front of the Seneca Middle School sign. A water station is located just before the turnaround.
Registration details: the 5K has a registration fee of $20.00 with registration opening 05/19/2026 and closing 06/15/2026. The Fun Run for participants 10 and under is 440 yards, is free to enter, and each Fun Run participant receives a finisher medal; a requested event t-shirt is available for $10. Teams of 10 or more receive a $5 discount, and recognition is planned for both the largest team and the fastest team. Lodging is available nearby, including the Hampton Inn Seneca-Clemson.
