Stand & Deliver
Stand & Deliver is a trail running challenge held at The Dell on the Bereleigh Estate in the Meon Valley, Hampshire. The event uses a fully marked loop of 4.2 miles and offers three formats: a 12-hour challenge, a 6-hour challenge, and a Backyard Ultra format.
In the 12-hour and 6-hour events competitors may enter as solo runners, pairs, or teams of three. Each completed lap scores one point; teams increase their score by completing laps together. The Backyard Ultra requires solo runners to start a new 4.2-mile loop on the hour, every hour, completing each lap within the hour and continuing for as long as they can, with 12 hours and roughly 50 miles noted as an ultimate target.
The venue provides on-site camping at Cheddar Valley with space for about 180 people; a weekend camping ticket covers basic campsite facilities including hot showers and flushing toilets. A hospitality area offers breakfast options and later a bar with wood-fired pizza served into the evening. Event T-shirts are available by pre-order only. A bag drop tent will be available on the day and runners are advised to bring appropriate clothing for variable spring weather; hydration vests are permitted and PH 1000 electrolyte drink will be supplied at the start/finish area.
