The Staff Relay Series is a corporate relay event held for one night in 2026 at Phoenix Park. The event is strictly limited to 5,000 participants and features teams from workplaces competing in relay legs. The organisers describe the event as a staff night out with entertainment throughout the evening.
Each relay leg covers 1 km. The final kilometre of every leg passes through a designated Relay Village where team members gather at the sidelines to cheer and encourage runners. The event format places different workplace teams alongside each other, with examples including nurses, doctors, bankers, brokers, fire crews and police.
