The 48th Annual St. Malachi Church Run/Walk takes place at St. Malachi Church in Cleveland, Ohio. The event offers in-person and virtual participation and directs 100% of proceeds to charity through Malachi Ministries.

- Combo 2 Mile and 5 Mile (7 Miles total)
Multiple entry types are available. Standard in-person entries include a soft cotton race shirt, a finisher medal, and a beer ticket redeemable at post-race Hooley locations in Ohio City. Virtual entries receive a custom shirt and finisher medal, with options for packet pickup or a $10 mailing fee for out-of-town registrants. Premium "Malachi Angel" entries are offered for both in-person and virtual options and include enhanced swag items or upgraded performance shirts for certain virtual premium entries.
