St. John Applefest Road Race
The St. John Applefest Road Race is the 54th annual running event held on September 19, 2026, in Fenton, Michigan. The event uses 100% paved streets through Fenton and is based at St. Johns Catholic Church with packet pickup at St. John Catholic School.
Multiple race options are offered on the same day, including:
- 10K Run - two laps of the 5K, includes 5K split and 10K finish time
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- Apple Core 1-Mile
- Apple CORE-TER Quarter Mile
Registration for each distance includes chip timing with live results, a custom dri-fit race shirt (a no-shirt option is available for a discount), a custom finisher medal, free race photos, and post-race refreshments. Overall and age group awards are provided; overall awards honor the top three male and female finishers, and age group awards honor the top male and female in each group with ribbon sliders. A combined entry for the 1-Mile plus the 5K is offered with a small discount.
Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled on the two days before the race at St. John Catholic School. On race day, packet pickup is available at St. Johns Catholic Church.
