St Helena Hospice Half Marathon and 10k
The St Helena Hospice Half Marathon returns to Harwich, Essex, alongside the addition of a 10k distance. The event starts and finishes at the Low Road Recreational Ground, with the race headquarters situated near the Dovercourt Bay Lifestyles area.
The course features an undulating profile on tarmac surfaces. Participants run along the promenade, which offers views of the sea. The event includes an event village for participants and spectators.

The event is open to entrants aged 17 and over. All participants receive chip timing and a bespoke medal upon completion. Participants can choose between standard entry or "HEROES" tickets, which include a donation to support specialist palliative and end-of-life care provided by St Helena Hospice in north east Essex.
Parking is available at Harwich and Dovercourt High School via the Hall Lane entrance, as well as at Mayflower Primary School on Main Road.
