St. Greg's Great Race - Williamsville, NY
The 29th annual St. Greg's Great Race takes place at St. Gregory the Great Church in Williamsville, NY. The event uses the USATF certified course number NY23003JJ and features a gun start with Jaguar Electronic RFID chip timing provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are available in real time through the event timing and results platforms.
Distances offered:
- 5K run
- 1 mile Fun Walk
- 1 km Kids Fun Run for ages 5 to 10; non-timed, includes finisher medal and t-shirt.
Online registration remains open through race day and fees increase after June 9, 2026. Register by June 1, 2026 to guarantee an official event shirt. Registration fees include a post-race wristband for beer and wine for registrants aged 21 or older; additional wristbands can be purchased on race night and ID is required.
A 5K Team Challenge is available for teams of at least five; the average of the top five finish times determines the fastest team, and the largest team is also recognized. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female 5K finishers, top three in each age group, and to the fastest student and parishioner from St. Greg's.
