St. Donat Mudskipper Quebec SwimRun Championships and Open Water Swim
The event is held at Le Grand R Resort on the banks of Lake Bouillon in Saint Donat de Montcalm. It combines SwimRun races and open water swims using the resort shoreline and nearby trails.
The main SwimRun offering is presented as a 24 km course for the longer event. A shorter Mudskipper SwimRun Challenge of 11 km is also available, and a 24 km team race will be run again. The base loop for one lap includes eight stages: 1 km swim, 1.5 km run, 0.5 km swim, 4 km run, 0.5 km swim, 2.2 km run, 0.6 km swim and 1.8 km run. The longer race is completed by repeating the loop.
Open water swim distances are:

- 3 km
- 5 km
Onsite facilities and services include washrooms and food. Swim caps are provided and must be worn for race identification; a number will be inked on the upper back or shoulder of each swimmer. Water temperature is given as about 20–22 °C. There is no rain date; a delay or cancellation would occur only in the event of lightning.
