Event overview
The St. Donat Mudskipper Quebec SwimRun Championships and Open Water Swim take place at Le Grand R Resort on the banks of Lake Bouillon in Saint-Donat-de-Montcalm, Québec. The event is part of the Mudskipper Championship Series and includes both SwimRun and open-water swim races. The main SwimRun offering is a 24 km course; an 11 km individual challenge and a 24 km team event are also listed.

The SwimRun course is described as a loop made of alternating swim and run stages. One loop includes: 1.0 km swim; 1.5 km run; 0.5 km swim; 4.0 km run; 0.5 km swim; 2.2 km run; 0.6 km swim; 1.8 km run. The longer SwimRun race uses two loops of this course. The open-water swim uses a 1 km lap; swimmers complete 1, 3, or 5 laps depending on chosen distance.
Practical information
Facilities at the venue include washrooms and food provision. Swim caps are provided and must be worn for identification; a race number will be inked on each participant’s upper back or shoulder.
