Event overview
The St. Donat Mudskipper Quebec SwimRun Championships and Open Water Swim takes place on July 26, 2026 at Le Grand R Resort on the banks of Lake Bouillon in Saint-Donat-de-Montcalm, Québec. The event includes SwimRun competitions and an open-water swim series. The open-water swim offers multiple race distances. Swim caps are provided and must be worn for identification. A number will be inked on the upper back or shoulder of each participant. Food and washroom facilities are available. Water temperature at this time of year is given as 20–22 °C (68–72 °F). Wetsuits are optional. There is no rain date; delays or cancellation will occur only in the event of lightning.

SwimRun formats and course notes:
- A shorter SwimRun option is offered as an 11K Mudskipper SwimRun Challenge.
- A longer multi-stage SwimRun course is used for the main event and is also offered as a team event.
- The multi-stage SwimRun course stages are:
- 1.0 km swim
- 1.5 km run
- 0.5 km swim
- 4.0 km run
- 0.5 km swim
- 2.2 km run
- 0.6 km swim
- 1.8 km run
