Cross-country Zen Nature in Saint-Zénon
The event offers multiple trail races and walks in Saint-Zénon on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Six running courses are listed and two distances are offered for walking.

Walking is available at 5 km and 10 km. Time limits are set for long distances for participant safety: 6 hours for the 30 km and 5 hours for the 20 km. Maps and elevation profiles are provided for the courses.
A team consolidation option allows companies to register employees; each participant may register for the race or walk of their choice. Additional fees apply for online registration and for on-site registrations the morning of the event. A timing system is used to manage results.
The Municipality of Saint-Zénon will donate $2 for each registration to the Fondation pour la Santé du Nord de Lanaudière; funds will be used to purchase equipment in Haute-Matawinie. Participants are expected to arrive one hour before the start to register and pick up bibs at 90, rue du Collège. Parking is available on site and/or on rang St-François.
