St. Chris 2 Miler Run/Walk
The event is a community 2.0 mile running and walking event held on July 18, 2026 at St Christopher Church, 435 E National Rd, Vandalia, Ohio. The course runs through neighborhood streets, is described as very flat and fast, and has both the start and finish at the church.
Registration opens January 13, 2026 and closes July 17, 2026. Pre-registration is $23 with a T-shirt guaranteed for registrations submitted by July 12; there is a $15 pre-registration option without a shirt. Race-day entry is $25 while shirts last. A $5 discount applies for participants aged 17 and under and those 65 and over.
Awards include special prizes and continued free race entry for the overall male and female winners. Sock awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each age group. Age groups are 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, and 70 & over.
Team competition awards are given for top female, male and coed teams; teams must have at least five members. Team scoring uses the combined times of the five fastest team members.
