Event
The St. Chris 2 Miler Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in Vandalia, Ohio (45377). The event is based at St Christopher Church, 435 E National Rd, at the corner of Route 40 Exit and I-75. Registration opens March 31, 2026.
Course and entry
The event uses a very flat 2.0 Mile course through neighborhood streets, with the start and finish at the church. Pre-registration is $23 (a T-shirt is guaranteed if registration is completed by July 13) or $15 without a shirt. Race-day registration is $25 (T-shirts while extras last). A $5 discount applies to participants 17 and under and to those 65 and over. Refreshments and door prizes are offered.
Awards and teams
Awards include special prizes for the top overall male and female finishers and sock awards for the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Team awards are given to the top female, male, and co-ed teams; teams must have at least five members. Team scoring is determined by adding the times of the top five fastest team members. Age groups are 10 & under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-69; and 70 & over.
