St Boswells Wobbly Trail Race - final edition
This event is the final running of a local trail race around St Boswells, listed at about 13 km (just over 8 miles). The course follows river trails and open fields and includes a mix of surfaces: some short sections of road, riverside paths for viewing rather than crossing, and numerous rooty trail sections. A historic Wobbly Bridge appears roughly halfway on the route.
Race numbers are issued at the village hall prior to the run, and the race itself sets off from the Village Croft. Entry is a single race option with a fee of £15. The event is limited to 150 entries; the listing shows 58 entries so far and 92 places remaining. The scheduled event date is 24 May 2026.
The organisers state that entrants participate at their own risk and that the Wobbly Team are not liable for death, injury, loss or damage arising from participation. The terms also note that the organisers do not accept responsibility for post-run highs or lows, chafing, tracking app malfunctions, insect stings, or urges to purchase new kit or future race entries.
