Event details
The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course is scheduled for Saturday 25 April 2026 at Hertfordshire County Showground, Dunstable Road, Redbourn AL3 7PT. The event offers multiple distance options:
- 2.5 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 15 km
Adult entries are for ages 16 and over; child entries are for ages 5 to 15 years. Children must be accompanied by a paying participating adult, with a maximum ratio of three children per adult.
Format and course
Each lap of the course measures 2.5 km and repeats the same inflatable obstacles. Lap and obstacle totals per distance are: 1 lap / 15 obstacles (2.5 km), 2 laps / 30 obstacles (5 km), 4 laps / 60 obstacles (10 km), and 6 laps / 90 obstacles (15 km). This edition adds three new obstacles to the course and includes five music zones along the route. A water station is placed midway on the route.
Practical information
Parking is charged at £5 per car (exact change requested). Bag drop is available for £3 per bag; bags are subject to search and larger items are not permitted. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided on site. Dogs are not allowed. Spectators may use designated spectator areas only. Recommended kit includes sensible running shoes, a long sleeve top, and a rain jacket if needed. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt, and a tote bag.
