Event details
The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course takes place on Saturday 25th April 2026 at Hertfordshire County Showground, Dunstable Road, Redbourn, AL3 7PT. The course is a 2.5 km lap with inflatable obstacles repeated each lap. Distances available:
- 2.5 km - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5 km - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10 km - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15 km - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The 5K layout includes 30 obstacles and five music zones around the course. Children entries are for ages 5 to 15 and adults 16 and over.
Facilities and rules
Parking at the venue is charged at £5 per car. A bag drop is available for £3 per bag; larger items are not permitted and all bags will be searched. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided on site. Water is available at a station midway along the route. Dogs are not allowed. Children must be accompanied by paying participating adults and the event enforces a 3:1 child:adult ratio. Spectators may watch from designated areas only and must keep off the marked course and obstacles. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag of goodies.
