The event offers two distances.

5K Run
1 Mile Fun Walk

Location & Date

The run takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The start and finish location is at The Scranton School for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Children, located at 537 Venard Road in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.

Course

The 5K course is a combination of road and trail surfaces with hills spread throughout.

Registration & Packet Pick-Up

Registration for both events opens on February 27, 2026. Day-of-race registration and packet pick-up are available from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM at the pavilion on the school grounds. The first 125 registrants receive an event t-shirt.

Awards

The top three overall male and female runners receive cash prizes. The top two male and female finishers in several age groups (0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+) also receive awards.

Charity

The event is hosted in partnership with AllOne Charities. Proceeds from the race support the academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs for students at The Scranton School for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Children. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
