Sri Chinmoy Three-Day Race
The Sri Chinmoy Three Day Race is a multi-day ultramarathon held in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, New York from April 19 to April 22, 2026. The course is a USATF certified 0.747979 mile / 1.203577 km paved loop at the north end of Meadow Lake that passes through the race camp.
The race camp is a fenced village with shared facilities including two kitchens, a camp kitchen with cooking equipment, continuous snacks and hydration, hot and cold showers, dugouts beside the course, electrical outlets for charging, a lap counting trailer, and toilets. Runners sleep in tents in the designated camping area; a limited number of tents, cots and blankets are available. RVs and trailers are not allowed in the park.
Lap counting is staffed 24 hours by volunteers and includes live announcements of each runner's laps and name. Two independent counting systems are used: paper lap sheets and a computerized backup. Rules include visible bibs on the torso, reporting planned extended time off course, no pacing within 200 meters of the counting station, and disqualification for cutting the course. Runners must complete a minimum of 27 miles per day to remain in the race.
A volunteer medical tent provides limited care with daytime physician coverage when available. Awards and medals are given by age categories and all finishers receive medals. Entrants must be 18 or older. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
