The Course

The race is run on a 100% paved, flat, and fast USATF-certified loop measuring 0.748 miles (1.204 km). The loop is located at the north end of Meadow Lake and passes through the middle of the event's Race Camp.

Race Camp and Facilities

  • Lap Counting: A staffed lap counting station operates 24 hours a day. Each runner's name and lap total are announced as they pass. Two counting systems are used for accuracy.
  • Kitchens: A Runners Kitchen provides three daily vegetarian meals (with vegan options) for runners, plus continuous snacks and drinks. A separate Camp Kitchen is available 24/7 for runners and helpers to prepare their own food, equipped with appliances, utensils, and sinks.
  • Showers: Two showers with hot and cold water are available to runners 24/7.
  • Dugouts: Covered areas along the course provide each runner with a small table space and a chair for gear and short breaks.
  • Camping: Sleeping quarters are in tents within a designated camping area. A limited number of tents, cots, and blankets are available for runner use.
  • Medical: A medical tent provides limited treatment, with at least one MD present between 7am and 7pm.
