Sri Chinmoy Spring Half Marathon, 10 km, & Kids 2.5 km
This event is held on 27 September in North Hagley Park, Christchurch, set around Victoria Lake. Races take place on a 2.5 km loop course marked with cones and managed within the park, which remains open to the public during the event. The registration area and finish line are on the north shore of the lake near the red tents.

- 21.1 km Half Marathon (ages 15+)
- 10 km (ages 14+)
- Kids 2.5 km (ages 13 and under)
Participants collect a race number at registration and should attach it to the front of their clothing or use a race belt so timekeepers can see it. One aid station on course provides water and Pure electrolyte drink. Parents or caregivers may accompany children in the 2.5 km race at no extra charge.
Standard entry fees are listed as $40 for the half marathon, $25 for the 10 km, and $15 for the kids race, with reduced youth or concession rates and a $5 additional fee for on the day cash entries. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each event. A vegetarian post race breakfast is provided free for participants; supporters may purchase breakfast for $10.
