Square Lake Sprint Triathlon
The Square Lake Sprint Triathlon is a USAT-certified sprint triathlon held at Square Lake Park in Stillwater, MN (15450 Square Lake Trail). It serves as the final race of a three-race Sprint Triathlon Series and usually concludes the weekend of events with a post-race barbecue and awards ceremony at the park. The event uses a self-seeded time trial swim start and allows relay teams.

- .5 mile swim, 18.5 mile bike, 3.1 mile run

Packet pick-up is available before race day and includes a race bib, timing chip, finisher medal, and event shirt if selected. Participants must wear the timing chip on their left ankle for triathlons. Aid stations provide Hammer electrolytes. Professional race photography is provided at no additional cost. The event is open to children age 10 and older when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parking at Square Lake Park requires a one-day parking pass at a $7 fee.
