Sprint Series Adventure Race - Manly Dam NSW
The Sprint Series Adventure Race at Manly Dam is a team-based outdoor navigation event on 15 November 2026. Teams of two complete a mix of paddling, mountain biking and running while locating checkpoints from supplied maps. The event runs over a four-hour race window and offers at least two course options with approximate distances.
Course distances (approximate)
- Classic: run 5–7 km, mountain bike 15 km, kayak 5 km
- Novice: run 3 km, mountain bike 8–10 km, kayak 2 km
The race takes place within the Manly Dam reserve on trails and waterways through bushland in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Kayaking equipment, including double sit-on-top kayaks, paddles and PFDs, is supplied as part of entry. Bike hire is available for participants who need MTB gear.
Entry fees are tiered, with early-bird pricing from $119 per person and higher standard and late fees closer to the event. Teams receive their course maps on race morning and the exact course is not published in advance. Children aged over eight may race when accompanied by an adult.
