Springtime in Helsingborg offers several race formats on the same event day. The program centers on the traditional 10 km, which has been part of the event since 1981 and attracts the largest number of participants. There is also a shorter, more intense 5 km open-class race. Both the 5 km and 10 km can be entered as team races.
A children’s event called MiniSpringtime is held for those born 2016 through 2020. The inclusive event Alla Kan Springa uses the same course as MiniSpringtime and is intended for runners with movement disabilities and/or special needs. Springtime is described as one of Skåne’s oldest races.

Online registration is closed at present. On-site registration and bib pickup are available Friday 10:00–18:00 outside Löplabbet at Rådhustorget and Sunday 08:00–11:30 in a tent at Stortorget.
Registration opens 24 December 2026. Ordinary registration closes 9 May 2027 and team registration closes 25 April 2027. Fee examples listed for earlier registration periods include individual 10 km and 5 km entries and separate team fees; some children and inclusive classes carry no entry fee.
