Spring Street Mile & 5K : Manchester CT
The Spring Street Mile and 5K take place in Manchester, Connecticut, at 100 Spring Street. The event program includes a men's mile, a women's mile, a 5K, and a free kids run.

The mile is a point to point course with the start one mile from the finish. The check in and registration table are located near the finish area. The 5K starts and finishes in front of the Globe Hollow parking lot and is described as a rolling loop with the final mile largely downhill. Restrooms are available in the Mt. Nebo parking lot, approximately one mile from the mile start.
Timing is provided by Last Mile Racing Co and uses the B Tag system; runners must wear their bib on the front of the body. Results will be posted after the race. Parking is available in the Globe Hollow lot with overflow at Mt. Nebo; exit from the lot may be restricted until later in the morning.
This event is part of the USA Track and Field Connecticut Road Racing Grand Prix circuit. Participation does not require USATF membership. Prizes are awarded to the top three overall male, female, and non binary finishers and to top three finishers in listed age divisions. There is no bag check and no cash transactions will be accepted on race day. This year the event is described as no frills with lower registration cost and optional add on purchases available.
