Spring Street 5K
The Spring Street 5K is a road race held in Manchester, CT. The course is a rolling loop that starts and finishes in front of the Globe Hollow parking lot; the final mile is downhill. Parking is available at the Globe Hollow lot with overflow at Mt. Nebo, and restrooms are located at Mt. Nebo.
Chip timing is provided by Last Mile Racing Co. using the B‑Tag system; bibs must be worn on the front of the body for accurate timing. Results will be posted after the race. Race-day registration will be paperless and no cash is accepted on race day; organizers note that pre-registration is encouraged and add-on items can be purchased during registration or on race day.
The event is part of the USA Track & Field Connecticut Road Racing Grand Prix circuit; USATF membership is not required to participate. Prizes are awarded to the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers overall, and to the top three in multiple age divisions: Under 18, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 plus. There is no bag check and personal items left at the start will not be transported to the finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
