Spring Run Off - Jasper
The Spring Run Off is an annual 10 km running race in Jasper sponsored by Totem Ski Shop. The route is a loop that starts and ends at Lake Annette, passes around Lake Edith, follows trails #4 and #7, and finishes at the Lake Annette picnic shelter.
The course is gently graded and alternates between road and forest trail surfaces. The event takes place every Mother’s Day. Proceeds from the race are donated to local charities.
The event is supported by volunteers and staff from Totem Ski Shop and Jasper Source for Sports. Entry fees are listed for two registration periods: $35.00 for entries before May 8 and $40.00 for late entries on May 10. A logo hat is offered while stocks last.
The race includes multiple age and gender categories, for example Jr Women Under 18, Jr Men Under 18, Women 18-39, Women 40-59, Women 60 plus, Men 18-39 and Men 40-59 among other categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
